All jobs are charged a minimum of $200 Inc gst

General

• See charge table for type of Caulking or Silicone being used and per/meter rate

• Supply of caulking material included in per meter rate

• Customer to provide caulking / silicone colour requirements based on colour palates provided by silicone manufacturer (Maxisil) at the before time of work commencement.

• All jobs require the area to be clean and free of debris, ready to be caulked.

• For jobs under $200 Payment must be made at completion of the work either by Cash, Transfer, or Credit Card Payment. ANZ BSB 013400 Account 322528625

• Parking at the site must be available.

• If cleaning of the caulking site is required, it will be charged at $100 inc GST per hour.

• If there area is wet, post cleaning, ie, shower base, call out fee for return to complete the work will be charged - $50.

• High area caulking and silicone scaffolding / ladders to be provided by customer

• Hold up or delayed access at to the premises agreed time will be charged at $50 per hour.

• We require complete access to all works throughout the day and any other trades who are scheduled to be onsite must be made aware that they are not to enter any rooms to be caulked.
